Unsure how many miles are on them, I am the 2nd owner and only put 3 miles on. They are a very smooth and comfortable ride however I have collapsed arches and the arch in this shoe bothers my foot.

It's worth nothing that skyflows run very narrow and long, I wear 10.5-11 regular width in other Hokas and I tried the 11 reg width in store, the 10.5 wide is a much better fit. If you have regular to wide width feet I would highly recommend going with wide.
