Looking for a fast shoe? I've got a pair of Mizuno Wave Rebellion running shoes in great condition. Only 47 miles on them and they still have a lot of supportivenes, cushioning, and bounce to them. They're a size 12, but they fit a bit bigger/wider to me. Run Repeat classifies them as tempo shoes. I used them for speedier, all-out effort workouts and a few 5K races. They're fast, responsive, plated shoes with good traction and a generous 36mm stack (8mm drop). I'm selling them because they're a bit more aggressive than the Speed 3's I just picked up. So I don't see myself using them very often.
