Totally different shoes that do different things. Have issues with the Tempus arch riding too high? The pwr run frame on the Tempus comes up too high and really bothers my arch. Does the Hurricane have this same arch piece or is it flatter? Never had the opportunity to try the Hurricane 24 and wondering about the fit before I try to find some 24's on sale after the 25s are out.
