These are a little Frankensteined with Torin 7 laces and insoles.

Altra shipped these with mismatched laces, and I should have taken that as a sign I should return them when I could. I swapped in Torin 7 laces, which look very similar to the stock laces but are slightly long (good for a runner’s knot though).

These were just too narrow in the bottom of the heel for me. I tried cutting away some of the stock insoles with no luck. Really wanted these to work as they’re otherwise very comfortable.
