Absolute banger. Best for bigger runners/powerful stride. Heel strikers or forefoot strikers ironically (got that Alphafly 1 launch pad, just not as launchy). I’m a lighter runner, cadence, and midfoot. I can make these work but I prefer to find shoes more in alignment with my chakras.

Transparency - the upper is baggy and the laces are long. I didn’t bother swapping them out. If you’re fickle with uppers, I would pass. If you’re all about the ride, this one will give it to you (like X).
