20 miles (4 outside, 16 treadmill). Bought for track sessions. But too narrow at the toes for me. My foot is somewhat wide, I usually run in Topos, so YMMV. I may try a half size up. The shoe was great for everything I tried. But too narrow in the toes and got some toe numbness. I was looking for a Topo Cyclone alternative.
