Hobby joggers, does anyone have experience with donating used running shoes for a good cause? This community is fantastic for buy, sell and trade but I’m talking about shoes that have 100, 200 or even 300 miles on them that are still useable. I’m blessed to be able to buy new shoes at will but know there are others that aren’t so would love to find a way to donate older shoes that I no longer use that still have plenty of life left in them.

I’ve seen a few charities that do some of this but nothing on the US East Coast or they have very specific guidelines about shoe state, etc. I’d wash and clean the shoes and then pay for shipping but would love to give these away and not throw them away. Any ideas?
