This is the Fog/Desert colorway, and the only wear on them was from me trying them on in my garage, so they look pristine. Unfortunately, no original box, but I’ll pack them well for shipping. They retail for $180, so $100 shipped is a steal, but I really need to clear some space out of my garage!

On classifies the Cloudhorizon as a hiking shoe, but I think it would be more accurate to call it a general purpose sneaker. Yes, you could use it for light hikes, but I wouldn’t suggest that anyone tackle a major through hike in them. Think of them as Dad Drip 9000.😜

To my feet, like a lot of On’s shoes, the midsole feel is somehow both firm and forgiving. It’s made of On’s “Helion” foam, which is a blend of EVA and TPE, and features their CloudTec Phase architecture. Unlike a lot of On’s older models, there is no “Speedboard” plate, and the result is a much more compliant, comfortable ride.

In terms of fit, my feet measure as 2E in width, and I found the Cloudhorizon’s upper very accommodating. To quote the RunRepeat review, “it feels amazingly accommodating for a medium-width foot that embarks on a full-day trail adventure.”
