I normally wear a 13, but I found that these worked well for me sizing up.

This is another pair that I purchased on a lark (to try to push myself form and speed), but they proved to be too much for my 68 year old legs. When I stayed up on my forefoot and ran at or near maximum effort, they were the bounciest and most fun shoes I’ve ever strapped on. Unfortunately, though, I found my form collapsing and myself reverting to heel striking after a couple of miles. The cutout, as reviewers have noted, makes these poorly suited for heel strikers. If you aren’t, the superficial outsole wear I put on them in just a dozen miles shouldn’t matter to you. I wish I could make them work, because these are the only Hoka shoes I’ve ever found to have a legitimate fun factor.
