Runsifly Flare Elite

The Runsifly Flare Elite is a new lightweight, carbon-plated marathon race shoe that is cheaper than your current super trainer, lighter than most of your racers, and designed for speed over distance. The Supwell team has enjoyed this “secret shoe” so much that we are importing it from China so you all can experience it too. At just $200, it competes with models like the Puma Fast-R 3 ($300) and the ASICS Metaspeed Ray ($300). The upper is extremely lightweight and breathable, but the fit is perfectly dialed with just the right amount of cushioning in the heel and a seamless, integrated tongue design and sawtooth laces. The 100% supercritical PEBA midsole foam is soft, bouncy, and explosive underfoot, without feeling too squishy or unstable. It weighs in at under 200 grams in a Men’s US size 9 with a stack height of 39mm in the heel and an 8mm drop. The aggressive rocker geometry and perfectly tuned foam makes transitions quick from heel-to-toe, while having good cushioning in the heel and forefoot for comfort and protection in the later miles of a workout or race.
