The Brooks Launch 11 is the cheapest daily trainer on the market. Priced at $120, it features a dual-foam midsole with a firmer DNA Flash carrier and the softer, bouncier DNA Flash v2 in the forefoot. It is designed to be a lower stack, faster, daily trainer that comes in at a lower price point. There are more exciting shoes out there, but it is a solid, dependable, reliable shoe with a nice ride. The ride is peppy, supportive, and it encourages you to pick up the pace, but doesn’t feel too punishing at slower paces. It isn’t designed to be a comfortable shoe—it’s firm and a bit harsh, but there is some good pep and toe-off. It’s a really good shoe for just getting out there and running for 30-60 minutes and is one of the best shoes at what it is trying to do.
