The Adidas Evo SL EXO is a variant of the iconic Evo SL. Designed with more support in the upper and a lifestyle-inspired aesthetic, it's built on the platform of the Woven and tuned for daily miles and speed workouts. On foot and out on the run it feels very similar to the Woven in terms of the feel and the upper with the more secure, supportive and stable lock down. As with the other versions of the Evo SL, it is a Zone 3 Champion—decently lightweight (very similar to the Woven) with a smooth ride at slightly faster daily miles. It feels best when you are getting up onto the midfoot and forefoot, where it has a fun, peppy feel. It does not feel as good at slower, recovery paces where you are doing more shuffling. It is also not a plush, comfortable shoe with lots of extra padding. We think this is the best Evo SL yet. It is optimized for speed and working on developing good running mechanics and the aesthetics are fantastic in this new EXO version.
