Below we are grading six new shoes that we reviewed in October 2026: the Adidas Adios Pro Evo 3, TYR Valkyrie Elite V2, ASICS Gel-Slowcush, Diadora Corsa, Nike Pegasus Plus 2, and the Saucony Endorphin Speed 6.

From a 2:29 marathon certified hyper shoe to one of our least favorite trainers of the year, here’s where six recent shoes landed after putting them through the lab.

The Adidas Adios Pro Evo 3 is the best hyper shoe on the market. Yowana just wore it at the Berlin Marathon for his second sub 2:30 marathon, making it 2:29 marathon certified.

The TYR Valkyrie Elite 2 is a fantastic race day option with an aggressive rocker and a bouncy ATPU foam.

The ASICS Gel-Slowcush is a plush max cushion cruiser with one of the most comfortable midsoles on the market.

The Diadora Corsa is one of the best do-it-all daily trainers on the market, offering a balance of comfort and versatility.

The Nike Pegasus Plus 2 is a solid, reliable cushioned workhorse that’s not as fast and responsive as you’d expect.

The Saucony Endorphin Speed 6 is one of our least favorite trainers of the year. PWWRUN PBX doesn’t feel like a competitive foam in 2026.
